- SWAN Memberships: Fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
- Courses (including The Confident Quit™): Payment is due at the time of purchase. Installment options may be available. Courses are subject to our 14-Day Credit Guarantee (see Refund Policy).
- Workshops & Events: Payment is due upon registration. Non-refundable, but may be transferable.
- Coaching Packages: Paid in advance. Unused sessions may be eligible for a credit under our Refund Policy.
