At SWAN, we are committed to delivering transformative programs, memberships, and resources. Because many of our products are digital and our services begin immediately upon purchase, we do not provide cash refunds except in limited circumstances. Instead, we offer a flexible credit system so you can feel confident in your investment.
1. SWAN Memberships
- Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
- You may cancel your membership at any time; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds for unused time.
- In some cases, a credit toward a future membership or program may be issued at SWAN’s discretion.
2. The Confident Quit™ Course
- Includes a 14-Day Risk-Free Credit Guarantee.
- To qualify, you must complete the first two modules and journal prompts within 14 days.
- If you are not satisfied, your full investment will be converted into a credit for any SWAN membership, course, or service.
- Credits are valid for 12 months.
- No cash refunds.
3. Digital Products (Journals, Workbooks, PDFs, Downloads)
- Due to their digital nature, these products are non-refundable once delivered.
- In cases of technical issues (e.g., file not accessible), we will provide a working replacement file or issue a credit toward another product.
4. Coaching & Consultation Services
- Payments for individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
- For package deals:
- Unused sessions may be eligible for a credit toward another SWAN product or service.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule sessions.
- Unused sessions may be eligible for a credit toward another SWAN product or service.
- Completed sessions are not refundable or creditable.
5. Events & Workshops
- Event registrations are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another participant or applied as a credit toward a future event.
- If SWAN cancels an event for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control), refunds will not be issued. Instead, you will receive a credit valid for a future event or program.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that life can present unexpected challenges (e.g., medical issues, family emergencies, technical problems).
- Requests for credits in special cases must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
- Supporting documentation may be required.
- SWAN reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.
- Approved credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. How to Request a Credit
To request a credit, email in**@*********an.com with:
- Your order number and purchase date
- The product or service in question
- A brief explanation of your request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
8. Final Note
By enrolling in SWAN memberships, courses, coaching, or events, you acknowledge and agree to this no cash refund, credit-only policy, except where specifically noted. This ensures fairness to all members while protecting the integrity of our programs.
